Shipping & Returns
What are the standard shipping charges within Canada & USA?
Orders over $100.00 (before tax if within BC, please see
below) - Free to Canada (*Excluding Quebec)
Local Pick Up - Free - I will email you to arrange for pick up.
Under $100 - within BC, AB, SK - Canada - $12.00
Under $100 - All other provinces in Canada - $16.00
*There is a $16.00 charge to all Quebec residents for all parcels.
Sorry we do not ship to the USA, or outside of Canada.
Packages are shipped via Canada Post unless otherwise
stated.
Shipping is a flat rate of $3.00 for any order that fits
into a small envelope. Please contact us if placing a small order and we will
adjust the shipping for you.
Packages are shipped via Canada Post.
Boxes are sent expedited parcel and are traceable and
insured. You will receive an email when the box has shipped. Envelopes are sent
regular mail and are can not tracked or insured. If an envelope does not arrive
please contact us and we will deal with it on a case by case basis. No action
will be taken before 21 days from mailing has passed.
What methods of payment do you accept?
PayPal Orders:
When you use your PayPal Account just click the Payment by PayPal button. Click continue and you will be directed to the PayPal website to login and submit your payment. If you don't have a PayPal account you can set one up when you get to the PayPal site. It's easy and a great way to pay for purchases on the Internet. Please note that we only ship to confirmed addresses with paypal.
Pay by Check or Money Order: Ordering by mail
is easy. At the time of checkout, select Check or Money Order as your payment
method. When you have completed the check out process, simply write the order
number on your check or money order and send it to the address provided.
What about sales tax?
Customers are only required to pay provincial sales tax
(PST) if they live in the province of BC. We therefore do not charge sales tax
to customers who live out of British Columbia. For residents of BC we are
required to charge the standard 7% PST. At this time we do not charge GST.
What is your return policy?
You MUST contact us within 10 days of receipt or no items
may be returned. If you want to return any of the items you ordered, they must
be unopened, if packaged, and in resalable condition. All sales are final on markers and magazines.
Please pack the item(s) securely and return them to us with
the return authorization # that will be provided to you.
When it's received a refund will be issued . No refund will be issued for the original shipping
charge. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
